All payments are strictly non-refundable.
If a client is not satisfied:
• We will revise the work, OR
• Provide alternative development work
Refunds will not be issued under any condition.
Clients must provide complete and clear requirements. Failure to do so may result in incomplete delivery.
Revisions are provided within reasonable limits. Excessive revisions may incur additional charges.
Final deliverables are transferred to the client only after full payment. We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio.
Any employee contacting clients directly or discussing budgets without authorization will be terminated immediately.
Remaining payments will not be released to such employees.
We reserve the right to terminate:
• Any employee at any time without notice
• Any client project due to misconduct
We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss of data, or business losses.
We may update these terms at any time without prior notice.
